Our mom was truly one of a kind — full of laughter, love, and just the right amount of mischief. She had a sense of humor that could light up any room with laughter, always ready with a goofy face or a well-timed joke to make someone laugh. One of her favorite things to do was scare people — not in a mean way, but in that playful, lighthearted way that made you laugh after you screamed. She found joy in the little things.
But more than anything, she loved her family deeply. Her three children — Jacqueline, Joseph, and Jaimie — were her whole heart. When she became a grandmother, her love expanded even more. Langston and Trinity were her pride and joy — she absolutely adored them and cherished every moment she spent with them. Her love was warm and unforgettable, just like her laugh.
We miss her every single day — her laughter, her love and her warmth the most. There’s an emptiness that can’t quite be filled, a quiet ache in the moments we wish we could still share with her. But even in the sadness, there’s comfort in knowing that she’s with Jesus and her daughter Jamie now, surrounded by peace and love that goes beyond anything we can imagine. That promise gives us strength — knowing she’s safe, whole, and watching over us with that same joy and spirit we loved so much.
