Diego loved sports in general but was passionate & excelled in basketball & soccer. He was also a loyal friend, a class clown, wise cracking sibling to his older sister Valeria and youngest brother Nico and lived life to the fullest as a teenager.
In the summer of 2019, at the age 16, he was involved in a drowning. He battled for nearly a week at St. Mary’s Children’s Pediatric ICU, before answering God’s call and becoming one of his angels. At that point his entire family made the decision to donate his organs.
Through organ & tissue donation, we were able to answer the prayers of others in their time of need, as if they were our own!
