The request to families to consider helping others through the Gift of Life is made during an extremely sensitive time. Legacy Donor Services Foundation has created the video below in hopes to guide families through the donation process.

Quilt Program

Donation is a patchwork of many different people and families coming together to do something remarkable, and it doesn’t follow a pattern because donors and their families are each unique and special. Take the opportunity to create a quilt square in memory of your loved one, reflecting their life.

Download instructions on how to complete your quilt square and how to mail it back to us so it may be added to the ever-growing Donor Memorial Quilt. Please remember to complete the Donor Memorial Quilt Authorization Form and return it to our office with your quilt square.

Connect to Purpose Program

Donor families show strength and courage to think of others at such a difficult time in their lives, and by doing so, they make it possible for lives to be renewed through the gift of donation and transplantation. The Connect to Purpose Program allows for donor families to share their loved one’s stories and pictures on social media, newsletters, email blasts for employees, volunteers and more. Donor families often come to realize that for many years to come that their donor hero’s life will continue to have meaning which gives them a purpose in life.
